US Navy Giant Destroyer said to be too stealthy
The US Navy Giant Destroyer Zumwalt is so stealthy that it will have to be fitted with reflectors so that other ships can spot it at sea if the weather is bad or at night. It has sophisticated radar so it can detect vessels from miles away.
On radar the 610 foot ship looks like a much smaller 40-50 foot fishing boat. The warship is 50 times harder to detect than current destroyers thanks to its angular shape and other design features
