5 Simple rules to follow to increase your happiness
As such there are no rules that exist in order to be happy as it depends from person to person how he/she looks towards life. The more optimistic you are the more cheerful you will be from inside. However I am mentioning some points which might be helpful but they are not Hard and fast rules to follow :
- Never look back.
- Do what you love.
- Keep trying. Never give up hope.
- Catch the opportunities as soon as they Knock on your door.
- Keep yourself fit and meditate.
- Share your dreams with others and listen to them too.
- Never yearn for lost crush/love.
- Get involved into something new and exciting everyday like painting, dancing, photography, gardening etc.
