Baking soda a common kitchen ingredient and using it regularly can give your smooth and soft feet. It also has antiseptic properties which can ease any infections on your heels. It also decreases water hardiness and can be used in bath water as well.

 

How to Clean Your Feet with Baking Soda:Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 5 litres of water

It is best to do this treatment in the evening.

Dissolve the baking soda in hot water and soak your feet in this water for approximately 15 minutes.

Use a foot scrub or a pumice stone to exfoliate. Rinse with warm water.

Dry your feet well and apply any nourishing cream or aqueous cream to your feet paying special attention to your heals. Put on a pair of cotton socks and sleep in the socks in order for the foot cream to deeply moisturize your skin. After the first treatment you will see results but it is best to repeat this every day for a week or until you are satisfied that your feet look good. Repeat this treatment every now and again to keep your feet in tip top shape.
