Do you feel as if your life is in a rut. Day after day, year after year you follow the same path which you most probably could do on autopilot without thinking much about it. If so do a few simple steps to change this.

1. Slow Down

Life is so fast right now and we all are so busy with work, family and fun times. Instead of going from one thing to the next, slow down and really evaluate your life. Take a breather and really think if this is the way to live every day.

2. Change your mind

If you are on autopilot and just do thing on rote, it might be a good thing to take some time to really think of your life and make a note of your thoughts on a daily basis. If you realise that some of the things you  are doing is quite negative, change track to something more positive.

3. See a new reality

Use vizualisation as a technique to improve your life by mentally imagining your success. Imagine a different life to expand your potential and then take steps to realize this potential.

4. Charge your energy

Rethink your food choices which could make the different between brain fog or clairty. Also exercise which releases mood enhancing chemicals in the brain and it also improves your overall endurance so you have the energy to reach for your goals.

5. Release dead weight

Clear the clutter from you life. This could be physical things or possibly even people in your current circle. There are some people in our lives just waaiting to

6. Dive into unfamiliar experiences

Do something you have never done before. Think about what is your passion and try and shake things up. If you usually exercise at the gym how about taking a dance class. If you love food, consider taking a cooking class. Having new experiences gives you a different perspective, helps you make new friends and also makes your brain work as it is not something that you are familiar with.

Whatever you do is a choice and every moment an opportunity to create the life you want.
