15 Tips To Achieve Inner Peace And Harmony

For inner peace and harmony here is a list of things to do:

1.  Sit in silence for approximately for 10/15 minutes. Its a form of mediation.

2.  Listen to some good music, as we all know that music is good for the soul.

3.  Walk for at least 30 minutes a day, see all the beauty around us which we take for granted.

4.  Have gratitude for all the big and small things in life.

5.  Have empathy for others.

6.  Drink at least 6/8 glasses of water a day.

7.  Eat correctly,  Less processed foods more health with loads of vegetables.

8.  Smile often, even at strangers and who knows maybe they will learn to smile to.

9.  Laugh loads, it releases the stress.

10.  Get rid of clutter, as it stagnates you and will allow the flow of new things coming to you.

11. Don’t live in the past, it can only ruin your future. Close negative doors.

12. Problems are lessons in life.

13. You are in control of your own destiny, so control your thought patterns.

14. Learn something new everyday.

15. Love your own body and have the utmost respect for it, you only have one!
